food cooking, gasoline, jasmine, honeysuckle, pine

greatest cologne i've EVER smelled... dunno the name. but it comes in a spherical bottle, green, and is from Hugo Boss... freaking AMAZING.

if ANY guy asked me out and was wearing this, i would give a definite yes. unless he's underage... because that's creepy.

Kira Posted: Sat Nov 17 19:35:01 2007 Post | Quote in Reply
  Honeysuckle is my favorite, easily.

There's a shrub nicknamed "Glorious Herald of Spring" or something like that, which is related to honeysuckle. It pretty much smells like its name. It is AMAZING, and the best part is it starts flowering in late winter, with the crocuses.

I also like wild grapes, pool toys, lightening (I insist this has a smell), and I'm seconding CM's warm skin and damp earth.

  Flowers:
Dahlias, Lilacs, Jasmine, Plumeria

Things: The smell of the book "Pat the Bunny." I don't really like the smell so much as associate it with being 3 years old.
Chocolate
Christmas Trees (not all pine-y smells, JUST ones with ornaments in the house)
the way autumn smells when it first arrives
the fresh smell of being outside of cities
corks from red wine bottles

Flowers: Jazmine, Magnolia, Gardenia, Food: warm milk, orange, lime, cilantro (coriander), parsley, red meat cooking (sorry to the vegetarians out there)
Nature: wet earth, sea,
Miscellaneous: new car smell, nail polish, Eternity cologne for men, Hugo Boss for women,

And, oddly enough, the top of my gf's head a day after she has showered. Every person has a very peculiar smell right at the crown of their head, and I've found that the head of each of my gf's smells very very similar... Could it have something to do with the type of pheromones they emit? Because I've smelled other people's heads and they don't smell the same, and I don't like it...

You're generally attracted to people with a different tissue type to yourself. So yes, smell of skin comes into it!

Oh golly, I didn't expect this. It's like blood type, you just have it! And I suppose different tissue types have different general smells.

yeah, someone did a study on scent and they found that people who are most genetically different from you often smell better to you. which is helpful when reproducing, as it makes superior offspring.
also, the study involved wearing a shirt for like a week without washing it. nice.

  Vagina.

Yeah, I said it. I don't mean an unclean one by the way, just regular healthy vagina. They all smell different as well.

I also like wet grass, thunderstorm and strangely enough I don't smell too bad either when I'm sweaty. Not that I end up sniffing myself in extacy, but you know how it is.

I'm glad you clarified that. We would have thought you liked the smell of unhealthy vaginas otherwise.

>They all smell different as well.

"Pardon me, ma'am. I need to sniff your crotch."

: )

LOL!
I'm always so surprised when libra says something remotely off color...maybe I shouldn't be.

If it smells like a healthy vagina I'm sure he'd put it to good use.

I use these "unscented" babywipes that smell like vagina......I'm going to start getting scented. Don't get me wrong, it's not a smell I'm disgusted by......but come on, they're baby wipes. Shouldn't smell like vagina.
