  So I am now the Sous Chef at Verbena back in B-lo, NY. Crazy long hours but a very satisfying place to work. Food to be proud of(fine dining). I'm the youngest Sous Chef I know of. Alright, I need sleep. G'night/morning all!

  Congrats and my 20 year old friend works as a sous chef at a fine dining establishment for the last couple years and is doing well for herself. She works 14-16 hour shifts! I don't know how she does it!
