that we dreamt of so long ago
you went searching for your dreams
and though i cried i wish you well
and may your dreams come true
even if mine never do

this vast and odd depression
of velvet mindless blue
this monstrous cloud of hatred
taking over you
and in the end i love you
and in the end we die
and in the end i see you
through broken selfless eyes
and you have travelled well
through this heaven's hell
